    The guidelines deal with employment management and labor contract issues based on analyses and categorization of judicial precedents for labor relations (created by the Japanese government based on Article 37 Paragraph 2 of The National Strategic Special Zones Act).

This center serves as a consultation window to prevent labor disputes between employers and employees before they arise.
For matters already in dispute or individual labor-management conflicts, please consult your nearest Labor Standards Inspection Office or the legal consultation center of the bar association.
