    Handling of Personal Information, etc. Pasona Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will handle personal information obtained in connection with the "Employment Consultation Center Establishment Project" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"), which the Company has been commissioned to carry out by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as follows. Please confirm the details and apply only after agreeing to the following.


    1. Purpose of Use
    The personal information that you provide will be used for the following purposes in the Project:
    ・Acceptance of applications for consultations, seminars, and events related to the Project
    ・Communication for promoting participation in the Project and measuring its effectiveness
    ・Provision of sending materials and other documents related to the Project
    ・Receiving, responding to, and managing inquiries and applications submitted, along with creating statistical data
    ・Other services related to the Project; for the purpose of provision to third parties as described in 2. Below


    2. Provision to Third Parties
    The personal information that you provide will be submitted to Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which commissioned the Project, for the purpose of reporting results. In the event that the Project ends or the contractor for the Project changes from the Company to another entity, personal information will be transferred to the commissioning organization or the business operator who subsequently undertakes the Project after the Company for the reporting and preservation of results pertaining to the Project, as well as for the handover of duties related to the Project.
    ・Items provided: Name, company name, email address, phone number, and other items entered in the application form, as well as all other information obtained in connection with the Project
    ・Purpose of provision: For reporting on the results of the Project
    ・Means of provision: By written document or electronic data transmission (In the case of electronic data, files will be password-protected and transmitted using secure file transfer systems with appropriate security measures.)


    3. Voluntary Nature of Providing Personal Information
    Providing personal information is voluntary, and you are under no obligation to do so. However, please note that if you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to use the services listed in the purpose of use.


    4. Outsourcing
    Within the scope of the purpose of use, the Company may outsource the handling of personal information to contractors who meet the Company’s standards for personal information protection. When outsourcing the handling of personal information, the Company will enter into agreements with the outsourcing party and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that the outsourcing party implements adequate security measures for personal information.


    5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion of Personal Information
    Regarding notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, and cessation of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc."), the consultation and complaints desk below will handle your inquiries at the Company. When requesting Disclosure, etc., identity verification through the Company's designated identification documents and details regarding your request are required. Please submit your request by completing the necessary documents designated by the Company. Moreover, Disclosure, etc., shall not be made in any of the following cases:
    ・If doing so may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
    ・If doing so would significantly impede the proper execution of the Company’s business
    ・If doing so would violate other laws or regulations
